Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days, and we use UPS and USPS as our couriers.

To save on shipping costs, we recommend placing larger orders rather than multiple smaller ones. Shipping costs per item decrease for larger orders because it is more economical to ship a single large box than several smaller ones.

Tracking Details

Canceling an Order

Tax

dlhwestern.com collects sales tax on orders shipping to states where required by law. Currently, the only state where we collect sales tax is Texas.

Free Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please find the order in your account's order history and press the button "Request return". Complete the steps displayed, then you will receive an email stating whether or not your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the item back.

Refund Method

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will send the refund to your original method of payment.
