Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days, and we use UPS and USPS as our couriers.

To save on shipping costs, we recommend placing larger orders rather than multiple smaller ones. Shipping costs per item decrease for larger orders because it is more economical to ship a single large box than several smaller ones.

Our delivery services are currently available only within the continental United States.

Shipping Time 

After you confirm your order, we will ship it within 2 business days. The shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM CST.

Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the courier tracking number and your order number. In some cases, shipment updates may be delayed. Please don’t worry; after receiving your tracking details, you can visit the order status page for the latest updates on your shipment.

Order Not Received

If your order is not received or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us for assistance.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, you will need to return it. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Tax

dlhwestern.com collects sales tax on orders shipping to states where required by law. Currently, the only state where we collect sales tax is Texas.

Free Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please find the order in your account's order history and press the button "Request return". Complete the steps displayed, then you will receive an email stating whether or not your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the item back.

Refund Method

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least four (4) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will send the refund to your original method of payment.
