Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days for U.S. orders and 15 to 25 days for international orders, and we use UPS, USPS, and FedEx as our couriers.

dlhwestern.com collects sales tax on orders shipping to states where required by law. Currently, the only state where we collect sales tax is Texas.

Free Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the item back.
